Safety, solar control, thermal performance, acoustics, dimensions and weight are defined for each group of units.
Thermal performance
We coordinate target performance and the weak points of the installation junction.
Drainage
Water management from thresholds, façades and external channels is resolved before units reach site.
Installation details
We develop interfaces with floors, façades, roofs, waterproofing and structural substrates.
BIM / CAD
Technical material supports coordination with architects and adjacent contractors.
EARLY INVOLVEMENT
Earlier involvement means fewer compromises.
System depths, thresholds, axes, glass make-up, drainage and lifting access are best defined before the final façade specification.
This preserves architectural intent, gives fabrication clear inputs and avoids solving basic details on site.
