VERIFIED PARAMETERS

Higher insulation for large openings.

ASE 80.HI is relevant where the sliding element forms a significant part of the thermal envelope. For each large vent we review glass, weight, track, threshold, thermal bridges and drainage.

ASE 80.HI offers higher thermal potential, but the finished slider still depends on glazing, frame fraction, threshold geometry and the quality of the lower installation detail.

PROFILE CROSS-SECTION

ASE 80.HI profile geometry in detail.

This official manufacturer image reveals the system's profile geometry, chambers, thermal breaks and glazing zones. The final junction is selected for the opening scheme, glass build-up, dimensions and project loads.

CAPABILITIES

Comfort without visual clutter.

01

DesignLine with slim interlock zone

02

Flat/low threshold for barrier-free transitions

03

Concealed fitting components

04

SmartStop, SmartClose and TipTronic automation variants

THERMAL THRESHOLD

Sliding thermal performance begins at the base.

Even a highly insulated system loses its advantage when the track is installed on a cold or deformable support. The lower junction is therefore designed together with waterproofing and floor build-up.

01

Support

We specify a thermally efficient rigid base with sufficient load-bearing capacity.

02

Isotherms

Threshold position is coordinated with insulation to reduce local cold bridges.

03

Water

System drainage must be integrated with terrace build-up, drainage channel and waterproofing.

HOW TO READ THE DATA

Six values that shape the result.

A catalogue maximum is not the rating of every fabricated element. Classes depend on size, opening scheme, glazing, hardware and the tested configuration.

Ufthermal transmittance of the frame
Uw / Udthermal transmittance of the complete window or door
Rwsound reduction index in dB
RCburglary-resistance class
Air / Waterairtightness and driving-rain resistance
Windwind pressure and permitted deflection

PANORAMIC OPENING REVIEW

We will review the complete lower junction.

Send dimensions, floor levels, terrace type, opening scheme and glazing. We will return with questions on weight, threshold, support and drainage.
